Accessibility and assistance

We are working to make RVNerd usable for people with disabilities, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technology.

Our accessibility work

Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility review and improvements are in progress. We have not established full conformance across the entire site.

Known limitations

Some manufacturer floorplan drawings, gallery images, and embedded videos may not yet provide complete text descriptions, captions, or descriptions of important visual content. Third-party shopping and dealership pages are separate experiences. Contact us if you need help accessing information or completing a task.

Request help or report a problem

Use Bish’s RV’s contact page to find contact options. Tell the team that your request concerns accessibility on RVNerd. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and how you would prefer to be contacted. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or send sensitive personal information.
