Leaks at plumbing connections
What owners report
Multiple owners have reported plumbing leaks early in ownership, including water behind the shower and toilet. One report describes water reaching the subfloor and a second repair visit for a leak that returned.
Alliance’s fix or response
The 2025 310RL owner reports staying in contact with Alliance while the dealer addressed a cracked PEX line, then a cracked fitting. The first repair did not resolve the leak; a return visit was needed.
Multiple owners have reported slides that jam or stop moving. Reports include a failed motor and a bedroom slide stuck closed, making parts of the RV hard to access during a trip.
Alliance’s fix or response
The 2025 340RL owner says Alliance is handling the motor failure under warranty. BAL offers an updated kit with extended shafts and support bushings for compatible EXACT-SLIDE systems. A dealer must confirm which kit fits the installed slide.

Multiple owners have reported blown fuses and electric waste valves that will not open or close correctly. Reports include a black-tank valve that kept blowing its fuse and another that would not close after the fuse was replaced.
Owners camping in hot weather have reported wanting more cooling capacity—from a two-unit setup staying near 80°F to needing three units for the initial cooldown. Results vary: another 2025 owner reports that two units kept up in Texas heat.
Alliance’s fix or response
Alliance now features Furrion Chill Cube A/C on several lines. The Aurum’s listed equipment includes three 15K Chill Cube units with heat pumps and an optional fourth. This is an equipment update, not a guaranteed temperature in every campsite.
